Therapy is a weekly 50 minute virtual or in-person session. We start by getting to know why you’re here and cultivating our therapeutic container. What motivated your decision to start this process? We go over a brief personal history and the foundations of your relational model that shaped who you are and how you relate to others.
As we continue, we start session by exploring any areas of acute stress or just pieces that don’t quite feel right. What is pulling your attention from the present moment? We work to uncover deeper insights about these phenomenons and how they can help us lead you to a more fulfilling life that feels truly yours.
