How I work
We start by getting clear on what brings you here. What’s working in your life right now? What’s not? What are you hoping will be different through this process? Once we have a sense of your goals and what you're looking for, we begin.
Next, we take a deeper look at how your mind was shaped. Together, we explore the early relationships and experiences that built the foundation of how you see yourself and relate to the world. These past experiences often leave lasting imprints — patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior that show up automatically, especially in moments of stress or conflict.
You might think of these as your psychological "operating systems" — the internal scripts and responses you return to again and again. We can’t erase them, but we can create more awareness and choice around how we act on them.
In session, we focus on what’s happening right now — whether that’s something pulling at your attention, creating friction in your relationships, or causing distress. I help you step back and understand what’s going on beneath the surface, so you can respond in ways that are grounded. Often, the present moment connects to older, deeper layers of your experience. We work to understand those links and begin to rewire how you relate to them.
Ultimately, life’s challenges are often pointing us toward growth — showing us where we may be out of alignment with who we really are. In our work together, we follow that thread. We uncover your own inner clarity and power, so you can make choices that align with the life you want to live — in your work, your relationships, and in yourself.
